It's the DPRK guy. Without his glasses, with bed head. It might also be Kim II Sung. Which would explain the ghost part. God Painted Ground, do we have to keep talking about dance music when there is a revolution to be had?
Because the revolution will be brought on by our mad rug-cutting.
