Behold! Hello folks. Either answer the question or tell us the origin of the figure in the stencil - we can't for the life of us remember where that silhouette is from. Results a week from Monday and the prize is a doozy! Have a great weekend.

the figure is me after i quit bw saturday night and became a rockstar. sadly, it had to be in that order.
Dude, that's a picture of my dad when he went to the Lake of the Ozarks at the tender age of seven. All his brothers and sisters got basic innertubes to float in. Alas, all the rental shack had left was an inntertube in the shape of the Loch Ness Monster. He thought it was cool until his brother started to make fun of him. To this day if he sees the Loch Ness Monster he breaks out in sweat and screams, "I DON'T WANNA GO SWIMMIN'!"
Origin: Add Technicolor. A windy white dress. Blond hair. Big red lips.

This, my friends, is how alive I'm willing to be:
I re-owned my eyes today.
They used to be owned by You . . .
And Her . . .And Him . . .
And Fear. . . .Fear of your criticism
Fear of making a mistake
Fear of getting in trouble. Now I can let them smile at will.
Float softly and unfocused inside my head,
Or dart around confidently,
With a warrior’s intentionality,
Or an artist’s creativity. My eyes are now free to SEE . . .
YOU . . .
and HIM . . .
and HER . . .
and ME.
This poem was inspired by the Dance Alive(R), which can be learned about here: http://www.dancealive.com/
It's led by one M Karou, who has this to say:
“I’ll guide you into discovering you, which takes a high intention to know yourself more deeply and fully. You must be willing to enter inside and into relationship with others with the curiosity and innocence of a child. I’ll teach you what is needed to function in the world the way it is and maintain your integrity with yourself. This humbling practice is challenging and rewarding as well as adventurous and fun. No prior experience is necessary, only a willingness. I respect every student who is open and willing to explore and learn.”
I'm pretty sure, but not certain, that having sex with M Karou is not a requirement to be this alive, or Dance Alive(R), if you will.
And gosh darn if I'm not willing to try to be this alive!
I am willing to be as alive as the painted ground is willing to see past my derivitive. Does the PGoSJA want me as a real audience or does the PGoSJA want me as the idealized audience? The beauty of this reciprocal relationship lies in the ability to bring each other's avatar closer and closer to the light, where we will dance, Alive(R)!
That silhouette is her, frolicking towards me in slow motion through a meadow, wearing her summer dress, and I, I in my Sunday Best. We'd embrace and roll down the hill together and laugh and laugh and laugh. And for the first time in my life, goddammit, I am ALIVE.
How alive am I willing to be? Clearly not as "alive" as that dude splattered on the sidewalk. See that smear in the middle? Bleedin' from the gut upon impact. He tried to write out "I was pushed" in his own blood, but was unsuccessful. His sister really does think he was pushed, and has hired me to crack the case.
