Merde.

The last few years haven't been good to us when it comes to rooting for somebody. First off, we keep voting for presidential candidates that don't get elected. Then, Ah-nold gets elected. We never even root for the right people on American Idol.

This even applied to sports. The ever-lovin' Redbirds go all the way only to lose to the hated Bean Town Nine.

Then this.

*sigh*

We can say this, though. If we owned a pharmaceutical company we'd totally sign someone up to do commercials for painkillers. It would be cool.
