Don't Do It -or- Contest!
We know it's not graffiti, but the Painted Ground (North Office) thought that this was some fine graphic design work. A contest? Sure. What does this graphic mean to say? Why would anyone want to do that to themselves. An truly amazing prize awaits any and all entrants.
