It's good to know that this space is being used again. Although, dear reader, this reporter would prefer it be used for housing we shouldn't complain. It all boils down to economics. It's quite a popular site on teh internet. Therefore, it has money and said money will eventually pour back into the city. Right? Supply and demand and all that. Or whatever. Never took economics in school.

Speaking of school... T.A.F.K.A.Y.E.L.R.A. just graduated with a cinema degree. Perhaps they are hiring for behind the scenes (no pun intended) job? Although, I'm not sure what Mrs. T.A.F.K.A.Y.E.L.R.A. would think about that.
