Remember the 4400? How about Peace, Love, Linux? The Painted Ground sincerely hopes that Perrier gets fined for this sort of headache-inducing street spam.

It's bad enough that we're inundated with posters for movies catering to the lowest common denominator.

Plus, Perrier sponsored the Montgomery BART station recently. Did they blow their whole wad on the BART station that they are reduced to paying college students ten dollars an hour to paint ads all over the sidewalk?
